Returns / exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make from Varsity Europe. If you are not pleased with your order, we'll give you a refund or send you another size, color, or style. Only merchandise purchased through the online store can be returned or exchanged following these procedures below.
To proceed your return or exchange as soon as possible, simply fill out your return slip with your order details and use the pre-addressed mailing label to return your items to Varsity.
A pre-filled return slip can be found in your customer account or attached to the e-mail you received with your order, a general form can be found right here.

Please do not send your returns to any other address than the return address listed above.
Returns within Germany are free of charge*. Exchanges within Germany, as well as returns and exchanges from other countries than Germany are at own costs (excluding complaints* (e.g. defective items)).
*Please send a mail to varsity@4e-trading.de to receive your return label.
Shoes may be returned provided they are not soiled, remain in their original shoe box, and there is no writing on the shoe box. If shoes are not received in restockable condition, a return or exchange is excluded.
