Delivery times
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification by e-mail. You can track the status of your order using the tracking link which is included in your shipment notification.
Our standard delivery time takes 3 to 5 business days.

Standard shipping within Germany: 4,50 EUR
Standard shipping within Germany on all orders of 100 EUR or more: free of charge
Standard shipping to countries of the EU: 16,90 EUR
Standard shipping to countries of the EU on all orders of 100 EUR or more: free of charge
Standard shipping to UK: 16,90 EUR
Standard shipping to Switzerland: 17,90 EUR
Standard shipping to Norway: 20,00 EUR
Returns
Returns within Germany are free of charge*. Exchanges within Germany, as well as returns and exchanges from other countries than Germany are at own costs (excluding complaints* (e.g. defective items)).
